Seemless experience. You arrive and you get assigned a parking space, then you enter the lounge, check in at the machine, deposit your key and almost immediately the shuttle is ready to bring you to the airport. On return you click a link to order the shuttle which brings you back. You pay and get your keys back. Everything works with immediate feedback via SMS/Mails.

With our two luxury Mercedes Benz vans we will take you in 3 minutes to your terminal at Vienna International Airport.

When and how do I pay?
You can conveniently pay our low parking fees after your return at our parking machine in the lounge using a credit card or debit card. After payment, you can relax and enjoy a coffee. There is no time pressure and no additional charges.
How long does transfer to the airport take?
The transport with our shuttle takes only 3 minutes. When you arrive at the airport parking lot, a driver will be waiting for you. Your luggage will be loaded and you will be taken to the airport immediately.
How long do I have to wait for m< transfer?
There is no waiting time. Our driver will take you directly from the parking lot to the airport in one of our Mercedes shuttles.
When and how often is there a transfer?
We take you individually to Vienna Airport Schwechat. As soon as you arrive at the parking lot, your driver will greet you, take your luggage, and bring you directly to the terminal of your choice.
Can I book a parking space without a transfer?
If you only need a parking space without a transfer, you can book that as well. Please contact us.
If I'm at the parking lot earlier or later, is that a problem?
It is not a problem. We are on site 24 hours a day. As soon as you arrive, we will take you to the airport.
Is there a transfer from the parking lot to the airport if my flight is at 4 a.m.?
Yes. Several drivers are at the parking lot 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, waiting for you. You will be reliably driven from the parking lot to the airport, or picked up at the airport and taken back to the parking lot.
When do I pay for parking?
You pay for parking for the entire parking period after your return at the parking machine with a credit card or debit card.
When should I be at the parking lot?
Most guests prefer to be at our parking lot 2 hours before their departure time to be on the safe side. For this, we have a cozy lounge where you can relax before your trip. The total transfer time from the parking lot to Vienna Airport is approximately 3 minutes.
How long does the transfer from the parking lot to Vienna Airport take?
The actual driving time between the parking lot and Vienna Airport is 3 minutes. We take you directly from the parking areas to the airport.
How can I rebook or cancel?

How do I get back to my car?
We will pick you up at the airport meeting point and bring you to your parked vehicle. You can request your driver at the push of a button. You received a booking confirmation by SMS and email. In your booking confirmation, you will find a large colorful button labeled "Order transfer". Click the "Order transfer" button. A driver will pick you up within a few minutes. Our buses are at the airport every few minutes.

What happens if my return flight is delayed?
Of course we will wait for you and bring you from the airport to your car at the parking lot. Simply order your transfer by clicking the link in the SMS.
Does my vehicle incur a 50% van surcharge?
The price includes parking and 2x transfers. 50% surcharge for vans. Examples: Mercedes Vito, Viano, Sprinter, or VW Multivan, Transporter, Crafter... If you have any questions regarding the surcharge, we are available to you by email and telephone.
